My journey

As a devoted mother of two, daughter, partner, and friend, I spent years prioritizing the needs of others above my own. In doing so, I lost touch with my true self and sense of worth.

In 2017 my own healing journey began when I was drawn to volunteer in Cambodia —a life-changing experience that introduced me to energy healing for the first time. The impact was so profound that upon returning home, I made the courageous decision to leave my 15-year career as a Medical Scientist and follow my spiritual path.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in deep soul work and explored a wide range of healing modalities. Through this journey, I rediscovered who I am, and found purpose in helping others reconnect with themselves.
